U.S. Alpine Championships
The US SKI team is back in Winter Park! Come see the United States Ski Team compete against the best FIS men and women in the United States and Canada in the biggest race of the year.
Jerry and I went up the mountain Friday for the “Opening Ceremonies with the Bryon Friedman band and the presentation of men’s and women’s GS winners in The Village at Winter Park.” Unfortunately, the gusty wind played a prank on Jerry and he was unable to present our special Red, White (silver) and Blue Giant Parade Puppet.
I had a great time however ! Many thanks to Cory Gillstrap for my new stilt shoes and to Carol C. for the terrific vest and leg banners.
