Waste plastic connectors and drinking straws. Connect ordinary drinking straws into imaginative projects using die cut waste plastic and cardboard from house hold waste such as milk cartons, ice cream cartons, laundry detergent bottles, cereal boxes, soda and beer cartons.
The Stretch-a-Straws® connectors come in a variety of shapes to connect one to five straws together to create thousands of different objects.
Our first outreach has been to two different library districts with enthusiastic response.
In the corporate event world, may be useful for team building? Table icebreaker warmup and decoration?
Any suggestions welcomed. Participants are encouraged (but not required) to bring their own example of household or industrial waste to be transformed into Stretch-a-Straws® connectors as an educational component of the program.
